Jack Walk – Payment Terms

At Jack Walk, we offer safe and flexible payment options to make your shopping experience smooth and secure. By placing an order, you agree to the following terms:

🏦 Accepted Payment Methods

You can pay using:

• ✅ Credit/Debit Cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, Discover

• ✅ Digital Payments: PayPal, Amazon Pay, UPI (India) 

• ✅ Buy Now, Pay Later: Affirm (USA) and Razorpay EMI (India)

• ✅ Other Options: Net Banking (India), digital wallets, or bank transfers (on request)

⏳ Payment Authorization & Timing

• Payments are approved at checkout.

• You're charged only when your order is ready to ship.

• For custom products, you’ll be charged after we confirm production.

💳 EMI & Financing Options

• Razorpay EMI (India): Available on select cards for 3, 6, 9, or 12 months. Sometimes, you may get zero-cost EMI during promotions.

• Affirm (USA): Lets you pay monthly with no hidden fees. Plans are shown at checkout.

🚫 Order Cancellation & Pricing Errors

• Once confirmed, orders cannot be changed or canceled, unless there are special circumstances.

• If there's a pricing mistake, Jack Walk has the right to cancel or change the order.

💵 Refunds & Price Adjustments

• Refunds are made to the original payment method.

• If you paid via EMI, PayPal, or Amazon Pay, the refund will be processed through those platforms.

• You can request a price adjustment if the item’s price drops within 10 days of your purchase.

🏛️ Bank Transfer Terms (if used)

• If you choose bank transfer, send the payment proof within 24 hours.

• The payment must be cleared within 7 business days.

• Any bank fees are your responsibility.
