Refund policy

At Jack Walk, we want you to have the best experience. Please read this policy carefully so you know how returns, exchanges, and refunds work.

1. Return Policy 

  • You can return products within 15 days from the date you receive them.

  • Returned items must be unused, unworn, undamaged, and include all original packaging and tags.

  • Customized or made-to-order items cannot be returned.

  • Shoes, watches, perfumes, wallets, and handbags must be in perfect condition, with no scratches or signs of use.

2. Exchange Policy

  • You can ask for an exchange within 15 days of delivery.

  • Only one exchange is allowed per order, and only for a different size or color of the same product.

  • Items that are damaged or not in good condition can’t be exchanged.

3. Refund Policy

  • Once we receive your return, it will be inspected within 7–10 business days.

  • If approved, your refund will be sent to the original payment method.

  • It may take another 10–15 business days for the refund to show in your account.

  • Shipping charges are not refunded.

4. Non-Returnable Items

These items cannot be returned:

  • Customized or personalized items

  • Made-to-order shoes

  • Opened perfumes

  • Gift cards

5. Payment Policy

  • We accept payments through Credit/Debit Cards, UPI, Net Banking, and other digital options.

  • Once you place an order, you can cancel it within 24 hours only.

  • Custom orders cannot be canceled or refunded.
