At Jack Walk, we want you to have the best experience. Please read this policy carefully so you know how returns, exchanges, and refunds work.
1. Return Policy

You can return products within 15 days from the date you receive them.

Returned items must be unused, unworn, undamaged, and include all original packaging and tags.

Customized or made-to-order items cannot be returned.

Shoes, watches, perfumes, wallets, and handbags must be in perfect condition, with no scratches or signs of use.
2. Exchange Policy

You can ask for an exchange within 15 days of delivery.

Only one exchange is allowed per order, and only for a different size or color of the same product.

Items that are damaged or not in good condition can’t be exchanged.
3. Refund Policy

Once we receive your return, it will be inspected within 7–10 business days.

If approved, your refund will be sent to the original payment method.

It may take another 10–15 business days for the refund to show in your account.

Shipping charges are not refunded.
4. Non-Returnable Items
These items cannot be returned:

Customized or personalized items

Made-to-order shoes

Opened perfumes

Gift cards
5. Payment Policy

We accept payments through Credit/Debit Cards, UPI, Net Banking, and other digital options.

Once you place an order, you can cancel it within 24 hours only.

Custom orders cannot be canceled or refunded.
