⏳ Payment Authorization & Timing

• Payments are authorized at the time of checkout.

• You are charged only when your order is ready to be shipped.

• For custom-made items, payment is charged after we confirm the product is being made.

💳 EMI & Financing Options

• Razorpay EMI (India): Available for eligible cards with payment plans of 3, 6, 9, or 12 months. Zero-cost EMI may be available during special offers.

• Affirm (USA): Offers monthly payment plans with no hidden fees. Available options will be shown at checkout.

🚫 Order Cancellation & Pricing Errors

• Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed, except in special cases.

• If there is a pricing mistake, Jack Walk has the right to cancel or update the order.

💵 Refunds & Price Adjustments

• Refunds are made to the original payment method.

• EMI, PayPal, and Amazon Pay refunds are processed through their respective platforms.

• If a product’s price drops, you can request a price adjustment within 10 days of the first markdown.

🏛️ Bank Transfer Terms (If Applicable)

• If you pay by bank transfer, you must submit proof of payment within 24 hours.

• The payment must clear within 7 business days.

• Any extra bank charges must be paid by the customer.
